What if my case needs more than paperwork?
Qualifying cases can add an attorney package. A licensed California attorney reviews your claim, negotiates with the other side, files and serves your case, and can assist with collection after you win — for 35% of what you recover, and only if you recover.
Are court filing fees included in the $99?
No. Court filing fees (typically $30–$75) and any service costs are paid separately from the $99 case-prep fee. A fee waiver is available if you qualify.
Does using Accessible Justice create an attorney-client relationship?
Not by itself. Accessible Justice is a technology company, not a law firm. An attorney-client relationship forms only when you sign a separate written engagement agreement with the independent law firm handling your case.
